There is a succinct, prescient, and informative column in the New York Post today, September 23rd, relative to why doctors are NOT in favor of Obama healthcare, written by Marc K. Siegel. It states:

It has begun. We first learned of the assault on corporate pay when the banks taking TARP would have their pay packages looked at rigorously and "approved" by the Pay Czar or perhaps by "The One" himself. That assault has been broadened to include ALL banks recently.

A very interesting article in Saturday's New York Post (with all the news that's fit to print...and also some that's not fit, but politically it's a great paper for me!) written by Meghan Clyne put the address of "The One" to the Wall Street Community firmly in perspective.

I read a very interesting article today put out by Forbes.com called "When Work Doesn't Pay for the Middle Class." This article speaks about a 50-year-old divorcee in Scarsdale, NY, who recently lost her job which paid her $120,000 a year. It notes that she would be better off getting a $60,000 per year job as, since she has a daughter going to college, at a salary of $120,000 annually she would pay $16,500 more in federal and state taxes, would not qualify for the five-year $12,000-a-year cut… Continue
