We cannot impeach a president who is illegal.

I have written this in numerous places and have sent it to sitting members of Congress.  We cannot impeach someone who is illegal.  I will say this, that since I have been saying this the cry for impeachment seems to have abated - my, my - I wonder why?

Consider this:  If you or I were to be caught impersonating an officer, would we be brought before the Civil Service Review Board requesting if we can keep our job?  We never had the job in the first place because we were impersonating an officer! 

Now let's take a look at 0bama. 

1.  His birth certificate is forged, and Hawaii has finally come forward stating that there is no certificate on file for him.

2.  His Selective Service card is a forgery.  

3.  His Social Security number(s) (he has more than one) but the one he is currently using, he obtained from a State in which he has never been a resident.

4.  E-verify does not qualify him to be eligible to hold even the lowliest job, much less that of the President of this country.

And people are calling for impeachment.  Cannot happen!  He is illegal and therefore cannot be impeached.  However, if that isn't sad enough, we have an entire Congress and panel of judges who are quite willing to go right along with this charade.  Well, welcome to the USS of A, or maybe it should be called the Mujaheddin of America.

Once more, I will post my research of five years that Obama is not "natural born".   IT IS A FACT !!  I designed a web site in May '1 to emulate NumbersUSA to provide members free faxing to Congress so that we can fax Congress to death until they investigate "natural born".  In spring of '08, Bush was about to pass a bad immigration bill, and with only 350,000 members then, shut down the fax and phone lines of Congress for three days and defeated that bill.  I can do the same if I could find an attorney to represent me.  I have written eight conservative foudations, contacted many lawyers here in Atlanta, etc. and can not find a lawyer to represent me.  I even contacted the lawyer who represented the acting head of The Madison Forum, David Welden, in the suit to keep Obama off the GA ballot in '12, which made it all the way to the Supreme Court last October.  My presentation to The Madison Forum in April 'd11 inspired that suit by Welden, was serving his first day as acting President.

 

If you are an attorney, or know any who are as outraged as I am about this worst violation of the Constitution in the history of our country (every single member of Congress has been violating their oath of office since the election in '08 because they had to know Obama was not "natural born", because of what the Senate put McCain through to be able to run in '08 (It turns out McCain is not "natural born' etiher !!!!

And the latest blog:. http://naturalborncitizen.wordpress.com/  Donofrio knows more about this subject, as an attorney, than anyone else in the nation, in my humble opinion.  He is the only attorney to get two cases on "natural born" to take all three candidates off the NJ ballot before the '08 election.  He is also the only attorney to get two cases "before committee" on the subject before the Supreme Court before Obama's inauguration, because he was smart enough to go up throught the NJ state courts, and then had an automatic appeal to the Supreme Court.  Unfortunately, both were "dismissed without comment" by the Supreme Court.  Be sure to use the calendar in the right margin to see all he has written since '08.  Be prepared that it reads like a legal brief, because it basically is, every time he writes.   He leaves not question unanswered and "no stone unturned", that is how good he is.  It is reading his briefs that I learned about why Obama cannot be impeached and why the solution to getting rid of Obama is a case of "quo Warranto".

Annette, I said "legally" establishes that he is illegal. That would require a legal process that as yet has no real hope of happening.  On everything else we're on the same page. I have followed this also but NO ONE in DC is. So unless a multitude of Americans attempt a Citizen's Arrest I don't know what we can do.  With very few exceptions our representatives are representing us or this country. As long as the legal community, the courts etc. act on this there is no real way of charging him with anything. This IS a coup a global one at that!!

Valerie:  Impeachment is not even an option.  How far do we have to go to establish that he is illegal?  E-verify doesn't recognize him as legal to work in this country.  How much more proof is needed?  Aren't they a legally established identity fraud organization? 

He has at least 6 Social Security numbers.  Every so-called 'legal' document he has put forth has been found to be a forgery.  Our problem is not in proving he is a fraud, but in someone having enough intestinal fortitude to carry the ball forward and arrest the arrogant impostor!  You or I would be instantly arrested if we were even 'suspected' of using forged documents to prove our identity, not to mention if we were in possession of and had used some 6 or more Social Security numbers!  Just how far do we really have to go to prove he is illegal and arrest him as an impersonator?  He is a MAN, he is not a god!  And he is as illegal as all get out via very visible and easily identifiable proofs. 

I hate to be the bearer of ill tidings, but it appears that we are in a conspiracy to take this country down such as we have never conceived of happening - not in our lifetime, nor in our childrens' lifetime.  This isn't a case of "well, we have to prove it" - it has already been proven over and over and over again.  This is a case of a concerted effort on the part of some very high and well-monied peoples and countries who have been working very hard for a very long time to do exactly what is being done right now: and throwing it in our faces as they are doing it!

I am guessing that until or unless someone legally established that Obama is illegal, impeachment may be the only way to try to unseat him. If he's legally established to be a fraud he should be arrested along with many others.
