Netanyahu challenged on the right?  Israel elections Tuesday will decide.

Israel holds national elections on Tuesday 22 Jan, with 34 seats in the Knesset up for grabs.  PM Benjamin "Bibi" Netanyahu is expected to retain power, but only by forming a new coalition with members of either the nationalist right or moderate left, depending who else is elected from multiple parties.  Bibi faces a strong challenge from the right, who argues Israel should annex much of the West Bank.

Pro-Israel Pundit Ted Belman summarizes Bibi's options:  
"The Likud list moved decidedly to the right. There is very little to distinguish it from [Naftali] Bennett’s [nationalist party] Bayit Hayahudi. They are all for annexation of Area C [most of the West Bank unsettled territories surrounding Ramallah].  Bibi is odd man out.

"Bibi wants to head a center right government and would love to undermine his party by bringing in [left moderate] Labour of Yesh Atid. I don’t think he will be able to do so.

"Let us say he gets 34 seats for Likud/Yisrael Beiteinu, Bennett gets 15 and Eldad gets 3. It is entirely possible that Likud could breakup with a third of its seats bolting the party and joining Bennett.  Thus Likud/YB ends up with 23 seats and Bayit HaYahudi plus Eldad and the 11 from Likud would total 29. Shas is turning against Bibi and would be happy to join with them.

"Thus Bennett would be the next PM and not Bibi.  If Danny Danon and others played this card, Bibi would have no alternative but to make a right wing coalition."

[Dr. Chaps comment:  Bibi is pressured to divide Jerusalem by the Obama Administration, which angers Israeli voters, who will vote conservative on Tuesday.  Ironically, Obama's left-wing pressure could force Netanyahu to do the right thing, and annex their own land, which the UN gave to Israel in 1948, they claimed in 1967, God gave to Israel about three thousand years ago.  When this happens, the Palestinian terrorists will throw a fit, and likely start another violent war.  We must stand with Israel!  Please sign our petition, so the U.S. Congress stops funding Palestinian terrorists.]

when he swore in today it was not on the "Bible" Justice Robert's knew that in 08 and he knows it now, he swears in on the Koran which is the Allah for him.  We will be judged by Jesus, NOT Allah.  If we sit in our Church pews and do nothing we reject the vocal rights Jesus gave us.  Don't be fooled when hussein obama says god, he means allah!!!!  what a joke roberts is and what a joke for us to be silent.
