I have always been a very patriotic person, and I have always had a deep passion for America and our Constitution.  I decided to to show more concern after earning my Amateur Radio license.   Shortly after I became an Amateur Radio operator I decided to use my hobby to get the word out worldwide about expressing thanks and appreciation for our troops, and veterans. I began by asking my fellow Ham buddies to join me in a special event that commemorated the Traveling Viet Nam Wall. The event went very well and we had the opportunity of allowing the people at the event share their feeling and hear others worldwide talk about what it meant to them to honor those that served in the Armed Forces. Some time later i head about the Glenn Beck rallies for America.  I wanted to make a difference at the rally that was held in Fort Wayne, Indiana so I asked if I could organize an Amateur Radio station to be a part of our rally.  They agreed and the rest is history.  It went over very well as we talked to people worldwide during the rally.  We closed the rally talking to Troops live on Camera for our local TV station. Later I was asked if I would like to join Glenn Beck at the national Rally For America in West Virginia.  I accepted and myself, Ron Kaufman, and my son set up radio's on the 50 yard line at Marshall Stadium.  The Amateur Radio hookup was a hit. After retuning home I decided to start Amateur Radio Military Appreciation Day, and have held seven events each year on memorial Day weekend that involves Amateur Radio clubs reaching out to our communities to allow the people the opportunity to express messages of thanks and appreciation to those that serve.  May of 2011 will be our biggest and year eight. One day while at home I saw a gentleman on television asking Americans to get involved and saying that we need to have an old fashion Tea Party.  Later that day I received a phone call from some friends that had a Blog Talk Radio show asking me to help them line up a show for the first Tax Day Tea Party.  I agreed and things went so well that I wanted to organize a local Tea Party in my hometown. I began to organize our local Tea Party and had no idea that the thousands that showed up would respond.  We had the second largest Tea Party in Indiana, and it launched me into a new direction of Tea Party Activist and Speaker. My goal is to continue to motive others and to let my voice inspire my fellow Americans to stand up for our Republic and the Constitution Of The United States Of America. I had no idea that my activism would lead to Americans For Prosperity honoring me as The 2010 " Americans For Prosperity  Rightonline" Activist  Of The Year. You are without doubt, moving the country in the right direction, away from socialism and government control of everybody and everything toward self reliance and smaller government.

Ineffective?

 

......WHAT?!!!???

 

Rome wasn't built in a day.

 

Thanks to concerned ACTIVE Citizens like Emery, the first wave in a citizen Tsunami came ashore on Election Day, November 2, 2010, washing a lot of trash from the political landscape. The second wave will come ashore in November, 2012....and you can be sure it will be a clean, straight FLUSH!

 

Don't lose heart Tony Ruiz, my fellow Citizen! Get out there and do as Emery McClendon did, and is doing.

 

....and remember: Rome also didn't fall in one day, either!! ...and our America will NEVER fall to the likes of what currently occupies (the Current Occupant) the White House.

 

Our Nation will rise above this current evil, because we are an inherently good people, too good for the likes of the corrupted trash that currently occupy the halls of government.

 

The Forefathers gave us a peaceful means of causing change-with ballots! Bullets are a last resort in a Republican form of government that gives us the opportunity to change and rearrange things every 2, 4 and 6 years, to our liking. (That's why they also gave us the second amendment)....just in case plan "A" fails.)

 

Just keep your powder dry, Tony Ruiz,....and VOTE next time.

Tony, right on.  Emery, with all due respect TO YOU, your sincerity, your motivation, your work, you have been had.  AFP is the political arm, (they have 2 PACs, one for fund raising the other for political posturing), of the Koch Bros., AFP BEGAN as the Koch Bros. oil lobby est. in SC in 1983.

Koch (pronounced Koke) pretends conservative values and even libertarian convictions but they have BEEN IN THE FOREFRONT of engineering and protecting the high price of oil.  They are a GLOBAL concern, employ more people OUTSIDE the country than in and use the GOOD REPUTATIONS AND TRUST of people like you to work against ALL WE SAY we rise against.

 

In 1994 or so, the Koch Oil Lobby split in two, AFP and Freedom Works.  Both are infiltrators of the TPP.

 

And as a result of the grassroots TPPs all over the nation following the alerts by AFP and FW, the REALITY is that we have turned many otherwise sympathetic people off totally, YES, EVEN CONSERVATIVES.

 

Outside of the TPPs, they are now considered the GOPs equivelant to the Dem's ACORN.

 

You will not know that, could not really, unless you reach out to those not IN the TPP groups, you must go to mainstream conservatives, purple and blue areas to discover this reality.

 

But make no mistake, any more, the term "TPP member" turns more people off than gains new members.
