It’s The Fed, Stupid!

Sometimes I just get too fat- and while it may not be the most sensible method for weight loss, I periodically opt to stop eating altogether. I’ve been able to beat back the flab by simply subsisting on just water and/or fruit juice for a week or so. Sounds stupid maybe- but that’s what works for me.
