DIFFERENT CROWD, DIFFERENT LIE:

Democratic Rep. Bart Stupak, Petoskey Townhall 10-24-09..."If the abortion language is not resolved, I and about 40 other democrats plan on joining the republicans and voting against the rule. If we defeat the rule, the bill cannot come to the floor until they change the abortion language". ie: pro-life, but not admitting to the Petoskey crowd that he still would vote yes to healthcare with gov't funded abortion,

If yes, it means we are overwhelmingly saturated with naivete or...stupidity.
Even though the abortion issue is extremely important, it's still a trifle in comparison with the amplitude of the damage caused to the country by the Bill in general.
Bart Stupak didn't betray anythng what he believes in: Socialist liberasty.
There was no need to make out of Bart Stupak a national hero:
in a fierce debate how to hang Americans - using a hempstring or a silk-rope - he only managed to force the executioner (obama-in-chief) to use a silk-rope as a much more gentle and more philanthropic material.
No, I'm wrong: of course, Mr. Bart Stupak, you're so human, you're a real hero: it will definitely be very comfortable to hang in a silk-rope.
