In speaking to the troops in Afghanistan yesterday, President Obama said:The United States of America does not quit once it starts on something. You don’t quit, the American armed services does not quit. We keep at it. We persevere."

That's exactly as it should be. But it is very ironic coming from a man who as a U.S. Senator, voted repeatedly and did all he could to cut-and-run in Iraq. Obama opposed the "Surge Strategy" that eventually won the war in Iraq. I'm sure more than one soldier listening to him was thinking exactly that. Let's hope President Obama will be true to his word, and not revert to his actions as Sen. Obama. Below is video documenting Obama's attempt to quit-and-run in Iraq:
