To help get you started, here's my two-cents worth:

When you're stressed out, in a hurry, etc., when the driver ahead of you is doing 30 in a 45 and you just can't get around him, when you're late for a plane, or an appointment, or YOUR WEDDING.... 

 

....calm down,

 

say this to yourself. It works!!:

 

 

" I am HERE, not there;

 

this is now, not WHEN"
