Should a welfare recipient use their SNAP (welfare money) credit card to buy cigarettes?
Should pregnant mothers on welfare use their SNAP (welfare money ) credit card to buy beer, booze, and marijuana?
If welfare recipients are so poor they can't afford to even buy food without their SNAP (welfare money) credit card . . . .
should they be allowed to take a vacation to Hawaii, or a cruise to the Bahamas, how about Casino Gambling in Las Vegas???
