is that surveillance of

is a violation of muslims'

first amendment rights.

The U.S. Constitution is the Supreme Law

of the land. It is NOT

a Suicide Pact.

Those community-organizer agitators

don't want you being aware

of a certain Principle of Law

that allows authorities to sometimes, 

in the interest of Public Safety,

suspend Habeas Corpus 

or the requirement for a Search Warrant.

It is called

PROBABLE CAUSE.

When human life or property

is in imminent danger,

that danger being

Clear and Present,

the police have the authority

and the duty

to act to preserve innocent life

or property,

regardless of the First Amendment.

Unfortunately, some muslims

have acted in ways

that have created

the Probable Cause needed

to hold them to a

higher standard

of scrutiny:

Folks, these Rattlesnakes are in need of a home. They're refugees from the Hill country pushed out by snake hunting, flooding and feral hogs. Now, we think most of these are good snakes and won't bite you, but we are sure some of these will bite you without provocation. We can't tell you which of snakes in the bunch are the ones that will kill you because they all came in together and we can't tell which is which ! In fact, we found elsewhere some are the biting ones who were trained to seek out anyone and bite, hiding among the good ones. But, our government has promised to figure it out, so don't worry.

So who wants to give all these refugee snakes a good home?
