What everyone is forgetting, what about the Visa he got from the American Embassy? Who was in charge of that. His own family warned there could be a problem. Just like Fort Hood, don't profile them, don't want to hurt anyones feelings. What about the American people's feelings? When is this government going to care about us?

Obama put this stupid person in charge, for the destruction of America. They said on the news, she doesn't have the experience to do the job. Oh, well look at all the other unexperienced people he has put in high places. Who cares about experience, let's just hire our friends, and pay them a lot of money to do nothing. Let's get into a lot of debt, we don't have to pay it back. Let's just go on vacation and have a great time. No wars, economy, bills, terriorists to worry about. Life is great!

Please urge your congress person to move to fire Janet Nopolitano immediately!
She is not doing the job she was appointed to do as Secretary of Homeland Security and is endangering innocent American lives.
Her statement shows how completely incompetent she really is when she said the system worked
to stop the bombing attempt on the flight to Detroit Christmas Day. It did nothing of the sort! The man got on the plane and very nearly
accomplished his mission if it were not for the bravery of a civillian passenger who jumped him.
This woman should be fired for not doing even half of her job. Urge your congress person to move to have her fired immediately!

Understandably, the White House is trying very hard to get out in front of the would-be Christmas bomber story. The head of the Department of Homeland Security isn't helping. I watched her on three shows and each time she was more annoying, maddening and absurd than the previous appearance. It is her basic position that the "system worked" because the bureaucrats responded properly after the attack. That the attack was "foiled" by a bad detonator and some civilian passengers is proof, she claims, that her agency is doing everything right. That is just about the dumbest thing she could say, on the merits and politically. I would wager that not one percent of Americans think the system is "working" when terrorists successfully get bombs onto planes (and succeed in activating them). Probably even fewer think it's fair that they have to take off their shoes, endure delays and madness while a known Islamic radical — turned in by his own father — can waltz onto a plane (and into the country). DHS had no role whatsoever in assuring that this bomb didn't go off. By her logic if the bomb had gone off, the system would have "worked" since it has done everything right.

Napolitano has a habit of arguing that DHS is a first responder outfit. Its mission is to deal with "man-caused-disasters" after they occur. It appears she really believes it. If the White House wants to assure people that it takes the war on terror seriously (a term Robert Gibbs used this morning by the way), they could start by firing this patently unqualified hack named Janet Nopolitano.

On June 29, 2004, Annie Jacobsen took a flight [NWA 327] from Detriot to Los Angeles with her husband and son. In flight, she witnessed what she believes was a 'terror attack dry run]. A 'large group of Middle Eastern men boarded the plane', the take off was uneventful but as soon as the 'fasten seat belt' light was turned off the 'suspicious activity' by the Mid. Eastern men began, the men carried blue passports with Arabic writing, some wore track suits with Arabic writing on the back. Two carried musical instrument cases one carried a McDonalds bag. After take off, the man with the McDonald's bag went to the forward lavatory, carrying the FULL bag. When he exited the lav, he still had the bag but it was almost empty. While returning to his seat he gave a 'thumb's up signal to two of his compatriots, he walked down the aisle to the back of the plane and when he returned, he no longer had the bag. There were several trips to both the fore and aft lavatories by these men and the stood in different areas of the plane chatting and generally acting suspiciously causing several passengers to notify the crew who said they were also aware of the activity as were the captain and the Flight Marshall on the flight.
When the flight landed, there were Federal Agents waiting and the Middle Eastern group were taken for questioning....then released.

The unnerving behavior exhibited by these men led to Ms Jacobsen to do some good 'old fashioned' journalism to really look at the security steps taken by this country since the 9/11 attacks. She interviewed pilots, flight attendents, TSA agents, FBI agents ans Flight Marshalls.
All of the information she gathered as well as her testimony before Congress are contained in her book "Terror in the Skies: Why 9/11 could happen again",published in 2005 by Spence Publishing Co. in Dallas, Tx.
The book is well written, filled with security efforts as well as security shortfalls. I highly recommend it as I believe that the more people aware of what is giong on the safer we will be.
AlQuaeda KNOWS these policies and will do everything in their power to commit further acts of Terror in this country. The passengers on flight 327 experienced 'terror' knowing the resuly of 9/11 and watching these men work our system.
Ms Jacobsen's experience occurred during the Bush administration where there were, at LEAST, honest efforts made to have enhanced security for travelers.
We have experienced one terror attack [Ft Hood] and one attempted [the Christmas Day bombing effort of a US bound flight. Something happened yesterday on the SAME flight as the one on Christmas Day. Little information has been released other than to say thst the man is in his 20's-30's, he boarded a flight in Nigeria, flew to Amsterdam, boarded the US bound flight and locked himself in the lavatory.
Three 'incidents' in less than a year of Obama.
Recently the TSA put sensitive information on the internet for all to see.......these are the same people who made me throw an almost empty tube of tooth paste away because it HAD BEEN an 8 oz tube when new, it had less than an inch of tooth paste left. The same agency which, when facing a large group of Middle Eastern men acting suspiciously are only allowed to REALLY scrutinize TWO of them [to aviod the perception of 'profiling']!
If it were up to me our airport security would have been modeled after that of El Al with absolutely NO ROOM for any of the politically correct NONSENSE used by this GOVERNMENT agency [yet another roaring success]
Wheather or not this was another attempt to blow one of our planes out of the sky.....can we REALLY trust this media to tell us the truth?
Just how "SAFE" do we think we are!
