Earth is nearing 'sixth great extinction,' alarming survey says

Is the end near? Scientists at Duke University say the world is on the brink of its sixth great extinction, since certain species of plants and animals are now dying out at least 1,000 times faster than they did before humans came into existence.

The study, published Thursday in the journal Science, measured the the rate at which species are disappearing from Earth. In 1995, the researchers found that the pre-human rate of extinctions was roughly 1. Now, that rate is about 100 to 1,000.

Stuart Pimm, the study's lead author, said habitat loss is mostly to blame for the increasing death rates.

As humans continue to alter and destroy more land, animals and plants are increasingly being displaced from their natural habitats.

Climate change is also a factor, he added.

"Whether we avoid it or not will depend on our actions," Pimm warned.

John Hagee (the moons, which will actually appear, two this year - one already happened on April 15 - and two next year, all on Jewish holidays !!!!) There will also be a solar eclipses, also on a Jewish holiday. In the last 500 years, this has happened only twice before (Red Moons on Jewish holidays), the first time was during the founding of the modern state of Israel, and two years later during the six days war, when Israel was attacked by the Egyptians and another Arab nation.

I urge everyone to read this book, as well as "The Harbinger" by Rabbi Jonathan Kahn, explaining why 9/11 was GOD's warning to this nation to return to him. The parallels between many things that happened then and when GOD destroyed Babylon when the Jews were there when the city was destroyed by Arabs is astonishing. Right down to the exact words uttered by the leaders at both times, as well as their other actions.

When you see the name ALGORE at the top of the list followed by Barbara Streisand, Ed Begley Jr., the Kerry Ketchup Company, and the UN you KNOW there's really nothing to worry about.
