BAD MOUTH OUR CONSTITUTION?

Recently one of our U.S. Supreme Court justices during an interview made a comment about our Founding Document, The U.S. Constitution. “I can’t speak about what the Egyptian experience should be, because...”  

She stated that Egypt should look somewhere else when drafting its own constitution, not to our U.S. Constitution.  She made the comment that “I would not look to the US Constitution if I were drafting a Consti....”

She did not stop there however, but continued by saying the following.  “I can’t speak about what the Egyptian experience should be, because...”

This would be well, fine, and dandy if this were John Q. Citizen making these comments and speaking on his own.  The problem that we encounter here is that Ms. Ginsburg is a person that has been sworn into Office to uphold and to defend the very Document that she is mocking.  As a U.S. Supreme Court Justice she is our last line of defense on Constitutional matters.  How then can she uphold our Founding Document if she holds it in such low esteem?

She in my opinion has failed to stand up for the Document that she is duly sworn to protect. What is even more puzzling is that none of her peers or the members of The U.S. Senate, those that affirmed her to her current position, have any rebuke for her remarks.

When her comments are taken into account along with the statements from President Barack Obama that the U.S. Constitution is an obstacle that stands in his way, we suddenly realize that those that we have entrusted to run our government may not be who we can trust to do so.

I urge you as my fellow American citizens to speak up about this matter.

THAT is a question We the People have to ask ourselves, can we hold ANY of our elected or selected government officials accountable anymore? Do we, as a citizenry, have the guts to follow through on what would have to be considered an extreme case of distasteful process of removal? The psychotic umbrella of political correctness would for sure erupt in outrage were we to attempt such a removal especially if the person happened to be a liberal progressive democrat darling like Ruth Bader Ginsburg.

We can't even get our corrupt attorney general Eric Holder to resign much less get the Republican controlled House of Representatives to hold him accountable for the gun running, 'Fast and Furious' debacle that led to the deaths of many innocent people including a sworn U.S.  enforcement officer.

The "New Oxford American Dictionary" defines 'TREASON' as"the crime of betraying ones country, esp by attempting to kill the soverign or over throw the government.."

Webster's Dictionary defines TREASON as 1) "Betrayal, treachery, or breach of allegiance or of obedience toward the soverign or government. Treason against the United States is declared by the Constitution [Article3, section 3] to "consist only in levying war against them or in adhering to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort."

Egypt will be governed by the "Muslim Brotherhood"....radical islamists with whom WE ARE AT WAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!

For whatever reason people in this country, especially those in Congress are loathe to even mention the word "TREASON" much less actually APPLYING it in some of the MOST agregious activities we have seen in the past 3+ years.

"justice" Ginsburg has evaded the Constitution she swore an oath to uphold consistantly during her time on the Supreme Court. She has made references to the laws of OTHER countries even when making rulings as a justice on the Supreme Court of the UNITED STATES.

For her to go to another country [as a tourist or consultant] and to dis the Constitution she has sworn to protect is disgusting and extremely unethical and deserving of SOME sort of disciplinary action.

From the deplorable decisions we have received from the lower courts, and that the SC has not ever yet touched on the eligibility of a usurper to the position of president, this comment does not surprise me at all.  I find it utterly astounding that so many of our politicians think things in DC are going along just fine when it becomes more and more evident on a daily basis that we have a very broken government.  It will take both an act of God and a profound stand by 'we the people' if we ever hope to regain our Republic again.  At the moment it is in the proverbial hand basket and on it way to hell.
