Could This be the Most Imbecilic Statement From Any Politician in Modern Times?

This has to rank as one of the most cockamamie statements any politician of any political party has ever uttered, and that is making a major statement because there’s a plethora of competition out there. And I mean that with the utmost in disrespect.

Perhaps only outdone by fellow Democrat Congressman Hank Johnson, who moronically in 2012 said he feared that Guam might “tip over and capsize” because of the U.S. military base there, Obama Secretary of State John Kerry, in the middle of praising Islam as the “Religion of Peace,” while American reporters’ heads are decapitated in the name of Allah, said that fighting global warming came directly out of the Holy Bible, and it should unite both Islam and Christianity.

Credit CNS News for Kerry’s text and video below, from his speech honoring Shaarik Zafar, the newly appointed “Special Representative to Muslim Communities” (Notice: Lefties do not think that position violates their normally maniacal adherence to separation of Church and State for some inexplicable reason):

“Our fates are inextricably linked on any number of things that we must confront and deal with in policy concepts today,” Kerry said. “Our fates are inextricably linked on the environment. For many of us, respect for God’s creation also translates into a duty to protect and sustain His first creation: Earth, the planet. Before God created man, He created Heavens and Earth.”

Of course, if a Republican, or God-forbid a pro-Constititution, pro-freedom Tea Party member used biblical references to push their political agenda, they’re verbally tarred and feathered, or drug into court by lying Marxist Eric Holder or drug into court by God-hating atheist groups.

Kerry continued to bastardize scripture, without quoting specific scripture and verse, proclaiming:

“Confronting climate change is, in the long run, one of the greatest challenges that we face, and you can see this duty or responsibility laid down in scriptures, clearly, beginning in Genesis.”

Kerry promoted the notion that all religions should join together to fight the junk science known as man-made global warming, which of course would just coincidentally give politicians and bureaucrats unlimited and un-Constitutional, God-like power over the citizens, with us all worshiping them without reservation because every decision could be construed (and I do mean every law, regulation and rule) to be in the name of saving the planet.

And who could question their decisions at that point?

Where are the communist front-groups, the ACLU and the Freedom from Religion Foundation to condemn Kerry for mixing Church and State? Hmmm?
