November’s been quite a month- and it’s only the nineteenth!
Yes, we had an amazing election- but apparently that humiliating repudiation of Barack Hussein Obama’s policies was only the beginning. Were you surprised that Barry skipped town for Veterans Day?
Then Attorney General Holder failed to get a conviction in what may be the most outlandish murder trial in American history. What’s next Eric? Try Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and his four co-conspirators in New York City?
And who’d have thunk that the newest battle cry in our current revolt against creeping federal tyranny would be “Don’t touch my junk!” Have you seen the shocking pix of folks being groped in our national airports? Have you listened to the recent TSA horror stories?
Yesterday, New York’s corrupt and arrogant Charlie Rangel was finally censured by the House. No surprise there either, I guess.
Yup, the Fed is intentionally flooding our already drowning economy with billions more of their bogus dollars.
And yes, all Hell’s still breaking loose along our southern border, California’s still broke- and Pelosi and Reid are still the two biggest horse’s derrières in all the western states. And it seems to me that a few more shoes are gonna drop before the month is over…
Please forgive all the torrid tidbits I missed- but just where are we headed? Let’s hope the GOP, with its recent transfusion of Taxed-Enough-Already blood, can finally get its act together. Repeal ObamaCare? Put a lid on deficit spending? Extend the Bush tax cuts? Seal the southern border? Impeach Obama? Give us a real choice in 2012? The list seems endless…
For sanity’s sake, let me interject some personal good news. Major Shoshannah Jenni ran the Marine Corps Marathon on 31 October in 2:59:42, her personal best. She was 13th among the women and 3rd among the female military entries. Also, we learned today that our 10th grandchild’s gonna be a girl. That makes one grandson- followed by nine granddaughters in a row.

Back to Barry. His entire administration is in freefall- especially Justice and Homeland Security. The President himself is described as unhinged, detached and suffering from depression. His margin of credibility is razor-thin. You may call these reports rumors- but there’s an awful lot of acrid smoke in the White House for there not to be a fire.
Moreover, using Article 4 of the 25th Amendment may not be that much of a stretch. The Dems are reeling from their resounding defeat. They know two more years of Barry Obama will leave them neither root not branch. Not to be outdone, the new Republican majority in the House will be out for political blood- maybe even impeachment.
For many months prior to the election, I felt driven to write. My prolific and often vitriolic attacks on both President Obama and his inept administration consumed my soul. I neglected my family. I neglected my music. I spent much of the last two weeks catching up on housecleaning. Suddenly I can breathe normally- and I feel renewed hope. Music again fills my soul. My fingers still fly, but on a different keyboard- one with 88 black and white keys.
Do I regret my maniacal efforts to help defeat the Obamacrats? Not one whit! Nevertheless, I am fairly well convinced that nothing I can offer at this point will make much difference one way or the other. I get the feeling that the flames licking at the Obama administration have caught hold- and that all the smoke portends a complete conflagration. I feel like a pyromaniac who’s gonna lay low for a bit and just watch the fire- maybe roast a few marshmallows…
By the way, listen to Glenn Beck. He’s right on target. Get ready for the worst- and hope it never comes. Stock up on food and other household supplies. Get out of debt as best you can. Yes, the world is a mess- but do what you can to protect your individual families. The time to act is now!
I have every expectation that America will again blossom as the rose. I am not a doomsday fanatic. I’m only saying that economic conditions in America will likely get worse before they get better. Get your lives in order. Get your homes in order. Set all frivolities aside. Concentrate on the bare necessities of life. Gather your children around you and settle on a sensible plan for economic survival. Decide what sacrifices you must make to weather the financial storms ahead. Above all, reach out to Almighty God so that your solemn deliberations may be blessed with divine inspiration- not misguided by human desperation and fallibility. The Great Depression made us a stronger people; so will the coming challenges!
