If you are a Nevada voter, or have friends and/or family who live in Nevada, you should know that Constitutional Conservative Danny Tarkanian believes that he works for the people, and has a plan to protect you, your freedoms and our Constitution. He wants to take America in a New Direction! STOP THE MADNESS!

Pass a balanced budget amendment that restores accountability and fiscal sanity to our government. We need the audit the FED and stop the endless bailouts and runaway deficit spending that are mortgaging our children’s future in support of an ideological agenda. Let’s limit the federal government to the original constitutional mandate that made our country great!

CREATE JOBS BY LOWERING TAXES AND IMPROVING EDUCATION

Nevada is experiencing the highest unemployment rate in its history. My plan starts with once again aggressively promoting our convention and tourism industry. Let’s then reduce taxes—especially Nevada’s infamous “Jobs Tax”—and regulations on small businesses so they can once again afford to hire and create jobs. We also need to stimulate spending by reducing taxes and health care costs for families. We must create world class schools and universities for our children so we will attract employers to Nevada. Only by implementing all these elements can we get back o the road to recovery.

PROVIDE AFFORDABLE HEALTHCARE CHOICES AND TORT REFORM

The current Obama HealthCare Reform that has been forced on us will start costing us more money immediately, but we won’t see any benefits for years, if then. The many states that have filed lawsuits against this unconstitutional Bill must be successful if we are to have reform based on individual choice. Let Americans purchase private, tax-deductible health insurance across state lines and keep that coverage throughout their careers, with no restrictions for pre-existing conditions. We must also implement tort reform to reduce frivolous lawsuits, and reduce the percentage that lawyers receive from settlements.
