NEVER TOLERATE TYRANNY!....Conservative voices from the GRASSROOTS.
Rep. Marsha Blackburn introduced legislation Wednesday to deny theFederal Communications Commission (FCC) regulatory oversight over theInternet, which the Tennessee Republican insisted was the "soleprerogative of Congress" to administer.
"I agree that theInternet faces a number of challenges," Blackburn said in a release."Only Congress can address those challenges without compounding them.Until we do, the FCC and other federal bureaucracies should keep theirhands off the 'net."
According to Rep. Blackburn’s office, the"Internet Freedom Act" has the support of more than 60 House members, including a majority of GOP’ers on the House Energy and CommerceCommittee.
The legislation already has bipartisan support, counting among its endorsers Blue Dog Democrat Dan Boren of Oklahoma.

House Republicans Introduce Bill to Repeal Birthright Citizenship Amendment
Four Republican lawmakers introduced legislation Thursday that wouldend automatic granting of American citizenship to children born in theUnited States to illegal immigrants, arguing "birthright citizenship" is an incentive for illegals to race for the U.S. border.
Reps. Steve King of Iowa, George Miller of California and RobWoodall and Phil Gingrey, both of Georgia, said the current practice ofextending U.S. citizenship to so-called "anchor babies" is a"misapplication" of the Constitution's 14th Amendment.

For the first time in the 221-year history of Congress, members ofthe U.S. House today read aloud the U.S. Constitution. It served as animportant reminder for lawmakers to reflect on the limits of theirauthority and the powers delegated to them.
But the mere utterance of “We the people” has set liberals, especially in the news media, into a tizzy. The Washington Post begrudgingly called it the “tea party-ization of Congress.”
In a rant on his MSNBC show last night, Keith Olbermannquestioned whether Republicans would even understand what they werereading: “The reading embraced by new Speaker Boehner but originated byTea Party original intent, Founding Father worshippers, who think that tomorrow’s reading will somehow part the seas for their vision of the country to emerge. They might be in for a shock tomorrow. That is, if they even understand the words they will read.”
Our new representatives have struck a chord across America especially the liberal democrat progressives, agnostics, atheists, and racists. They don't like the sound of our new music.
I love it!
