Now is the time to start working on pulling
your colleagues together to rid our country of this Evil sham of a
President who is dragging our country down. Please be proactive in
initiating the proper measures from all your constituents both in the
House and Senate.  Consider IMMEDIATELY pressing for the measure
contained in the attachments to INSURE that Mr. OBAMA CAN NOT get on
the 2012 ballot again. In the meantime I trust you will be proactive
in pushing for impeachment of the sitting President OBAMA as well.  I

Our objective is to notify all of Congress that they have a legal responsibility to resolve a very critical issue.   This is attested by the recent California Judge ruling (October 26^th, 2010, Keys vs CA, on the issue of California accepting a valid or invalid nomination certificate from the DNC.  I do believe that the Judge failed to address the issue of a Private Party (the Democratic National Convention) nominating their candidate for President and who has the responsibility to provide accurate certification.  The Judge did rule that it is the Responsibility of Congress to resolve this issue.

We have discovered that private citizen, Nancy Pelosi, perpetrated  a violation of numerous Federal and State laws.  We see that the DNC Chair, Nancy Pelosi signed two differing Certificates of Nomination at the 2008 DNC in Colorado.   One contained the phrase: Messrs Obama and Biden“are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.”    The other didn't.   In 2008, the Democratic Party of Hawaii's (DPH) Nomination Certificate used significantly less restrictive language:  “the candidates for President and Vice President are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the National Democratic Parties...,” omitting the key phrase “legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the US Constitution.”    Why did this occur?

 

Hawaii Election Law:  The Nomination must state “that each candidate is legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the U.S. Constitution.”  California, Kentucky, Louisiana, Texas, Kansas, and Indiana have a similar requirement.   DPH, intentionally/negligently, violated Hawaii State Election law using incorrect qualification wording.  They were responsible and most able to verify the eligibility of the Presidential candidate, yet they shirked their duty.   Also, DPH filed their Certificate on 27 of August 2008, one day prior to the Pelosi 2008 DNC Certificate.  Why did this date difference occur?  And, research of the DNC Nomination Certificates for Conventions in 2000 and 2004 reveal that they were correctly filed.  All RNC Nomination Certificates from the individual states appear to be correctly filed.

 

As filed, the DNC documents show ‘intent to violate’ the laws of many states.  Also, to mislead all State Supervisors of Elections, all Governors, and state Attorneys General.  The action rises to the level of an affront to the Constitution of the United States, and all persons sworn to protect and defend the Constitution should feel obligated to investigate. If malfeasance is found, it should be prosecuted.  Second, why did state officials not challenge the filings that were not in accordance with respective state law(s)?    

 

This private conspiracy  has resulted in a matter of grave concern to this Nation.   We're certain you recognize this deceit, fraud, and conspiracy as substantial merely from the few facts presented herein.    It should be eminently obvious that there has been significant subterfuge regarding the nomination procedures at the hands of Ms Pelosi.  You need to investigate and propose changes to existing laws to prevent this from happening in the future.  You should see that appropriate State legal action is taken where necessary.

 

We call upon you, our elected state representatives and senators, who swore to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC, to immediately call for an investigation into what has the appearance of a criminal act.  Do not dismiss this charge of conspiracy by private citizen Nancy Pelosi  lightly.   If proven true, the damage wrought upon our country and (your state name) is incalculable and cannot be remedied by ignoring it. 

 

We recommend a review of the Certifications of the Republican and Democratic candidates for the 2008 Presidential Election of (your state name) Decide, in conjunction with the Governor, Attorney General, and Supervisor of Elections if  (your state name) laws are adequate to protect from a future occurrence of this type conspiracy.  See what Texas is accomplishing with a change to election laws (H.B. 295) to prevent another “non natural born citizen” from entering the White House without challenge. 

 

States must be concerned with protecting state Sovereignty.   (your state name) should evaluate their ‘individual registration to vote” process.  A requirement should be in every law that a voter has to be a legal resident and had been for at least 90 days; and, that they provide a legal residence on the application of registration. 

Further, only authorized State Registration Facilities (tag agency, drivers license centers, and County Supervisor of Election offices, other county and state offices) should be permitted to accept and submit registration form.  "No Private Group should ever be permitted to collect voter registration information and submit that information to a Government Agency for adding people to the voter roles of any state".   This usurps the intent of our Constitution.

 

Please be cognizant of your Oath of Office and the requirement to solve a present crime, and to avoid future voter fraud crimes.

Reference Keys vs. CA, October 26, 2010, where the Judge acknowledged the Congress as responsible to resolve this issue.

Conclusions:  As filed, the DNC documents shows intent to mislead all State Supervisors of Elections, all Governors, and all state Attorneys General.   DPH filed a misleading at the least, or a deceitful at the worst, Certificate for the 2008 Election.

 

Many states have laws specifying the language to use on the “Official Certificate of Nomination.” Instead most states have on file the facsimile copy of the Certificate prepared by the DNC Chair, which in several  states violates their  specific law.   Why!  Further, why did the officials of those states not challenge the filing which is not in accordance with their state law?

 

Your duty:   You should recognize this deceit, fraud, and conspiracy as substantial and significant merely from these few facts presented herein.    It should be eminently obvious that there has been subterfuge of the highest degree regarding the nomination procedures at the hands of Ms Pelosi (DNC) and the DPH.   As such, it constitutes an affront to the requirements as set forth in the US Constitution.   You, as a respected member of Congress, sworn to protect and defend the Constitution from all enemies, foreign and DOMESTIC, have a sworn duty to immediately call for an investigation to delve deeper into what appears to be a criminal act.

 

Do not dismiss this charge of conspiracy lightly.   The damage wrought upon our country is incalculable and cannot be remedied by ignoring it.  It must be dealt with directly, immediately, and objectively, by you.

 

We charge you to review the Certifications of the Republican and Democratic candidates for the 2008 Presidential Election of your state.   Decide, in conjunction with your Governor, Attorney General, and Supervisor of Elections   if there is a problem.  This communiqué is being sent to every member of the Congress.

There are several states that have the same certificate as does Alabama (added State Democratic Party signature). 

 

All DNC Certificates are notarized by same Clerk in Colorado (the one with the statement IAW Constitution, and the one without the statement), and the ones with State Democratic Party Chairmen listed.  (3 different iterations of the Nomination Certificate --- WHY 3).

 

Notarized with  both DNC and State of Alabama individuals?  Several States in this format.

 

 

 

 

 

 Hawaii DPH:  No mention of “constitutionally eligible”

  

  

Democratic Party of Hawaii got the Al Gore Nomination is Correct!

Democratic National Convention, Official Certification of Nomination does not contain the phrase: Messrs Obama and Biden  “are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution.”    

 

On File In:  California, Texas, Kentucky, Louisiana, and possibly in Kansas and Indiana (Kansas and Indiana have not been validated yet).  Including Hawaii, there are seven states that have specific laws which were not met with this submission. (Research not done)

 

 

All RNC Certificates reviewed are of this form with State Name Change and possibly inclusion of the State Party Chair signature.

In the mean time, ask yourself this question:  “What was Nancy Pelosi’s intent” as a private citizen with this conspiracy?

 

A Sad day occurred today, 29 November 2010, when our own Supreme Court Justices refused to recuse themselves in keeping with established protocol (Sotomayer and Kagan ignored ethical considerations of hearing the Kerchner vs Obama writ of Certiorari – they were appointed by Obama who had a direct financial conflict of interest in the outcome of this petition and case).

 

As a result, the Certiorari was denied for Kechncer v . Obama.

 

Congress should have addressed this when asked and when constitutionally it was required to. It didn't.

 

The courts should have addressed the merits of the questions when appealed to early on. They didn't.

 

Everyone in our system of government chose ignoring the problem and appeasement over confrontation and punted the ball to someone else. Now it is far worse.

 

U.S. Supreme Court orders were posted at 10:00 a.m. on 29 Nov 2010. See below. Certiorari for our case was denied.

 

The two justices appointed by Obama who had a direct financial conflict of interest (their very jobs and appointments to the court) in the outcome of this petition and case did not recuse themselves even though they should have!

 

Their recusal was called for in the Kerchner petition. The two justices and the court ignored that. There were recusals declared by these two Obama appointees in many other petitions including the one immediately before our petition in the orders list and the one immediately after.

 

Apparently the court needed all nine justices in the room to kill the petition. With the full court of 9 justices it's the rule/vote of 4 to grant certiorari to move the case forward.

 

There would have been only seven justices with two recusals (Sotomayer and Kagan) that would have left only 7 justices which then takes rule/vote of 3 to grant certiorari to move the case forward.

 

This Resistance Network members (all 83+ thousand) should take this into consideration on what type of action each of you must do to help resolve this situation.
