When Rudy Guiliani was Mayor of NYC, he discovered that he was able to force people on welfare to work 20 hrs a week.....consequently, 600,000 people got OFF welfare.

Making people who collect funds courtesy of the tax payers WORK for at lease SOME of their $$$$$, only seems fair...................!
