Good morning, America.

I sincerely hope you have a joyous Independence Day.

Last night President Trump gave a stirring address at Mount Rushmore in South Dakota. Spirits were high- and there was “no better place to celebrate America’s independence” as described by our President.

Our beloved “Declaration of Independence” is 244 years young today- long enduring every imaginable threat to our way of life. Indeed, “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Yes, like the decaying Roman Empire, America has been rotting from within. Rancid corruption in government, mindless rioting in our cities and the Marxist proponents of lawlessness now threaten the American Dream as never before.

Nevertheless, we're not out of heroes. They boldly stand in the ranks of our military and first responders by the hundreds of thousands. Millions are buried in our cemeteries. Millions more of us still cling to our freedom, our guns and our God.

Despite all we’ve endured these last four years, “The Sleeping Giant” has awakened. We will neither tolerate the destruction of our dreams nor the eradication of our history.

We will never allow evil tyrants to terrorize our cities, divide us by race or infringe upon our sacred liberties. We are a nation devoted to the Rule of Law, the Sanctity of Life and the Worship of Almighty God.

Though my heart aches for America this morning, I will not relent, I will not surrender, and I will not be silenced. Like millions of you from “Sea to shining Sea,” my life would be a small price to pay to preserve liberty in the land I love.

Finally seeing victory face to face, we will recognize her as an old dream who refused to die- her body bruised and dirty, clothes nearly torn asunder- eyes shining in moment of splendor.
