CLAIMS THAT ADMIRAL WHO VISITED PARENTS “WAS NOT INVOLVED IN THE INVESTIGATION”

Adm. William McRaven led the raid on Osama bin Laden’s lair in May 2011, after which he was promoted to Commander of Special Operations.

(May 10, 2013) — On Thursday, a press conference was held at the National Press Club in Washington, DC at which the parents of several Navy SEALS accused the Obama regime of a “cover-up” in regard to the deaths of their sons in August 2011.

Several retired military commanders attended, with former U.S. Pacific Fleet Command Adm. James Lyons stating thatunnamed persons within the military were guilty of dereliction of duty.  Lyons also said that members of The Muslim Brotherhood have infiltrated all government departments and affected the military’s ability to function effectively.

Obama had said he was a Muslim before he said he was a Christian during the 2008 campaign.  Muslims have attained positions in areas of national security and, most recently, as director of the CIA in the person of former national security advisor John Brennan.

One set of parents said that Adm. William McRaven, who led the raid on Osama bin Laden’s hideout and was subsequently promoted to commander of all Special Operations forces, had visited their home for more than three hours in January but imparted what they knew to be falsehoods based on documentation they had in their possession.

Following bin Laden’s killing, McRaven warned that anyone in the military who divulged “sensitive information” would be prosecuted after a Navy SEAL who participated in the raid wrote a book entitled No Easy Day.  McRaven “cautioned” enlistees “against claiming to speak for all special operations troops and against endangering troops by what they write.”

TIME Magazine’s Barton Gellman, who falsely identified Darren Wesley Huff and Walter Francis Fitzpatrick, III (Ret.) as “militia members in a September 20, 2010 article on “extremist” groups, penned the article naming McRaven as a “runner-up” for the 2011 “Person of the Year.”  Gellman quoted McRaven as having said in regard to the planning of the bin Laden raid, “The President was at all times presidential.  I would contend he was the smartest guy in the room. He had leadership skills we’d expect from a guy who had 35 years in the military.”

Gellman continued:

The sentiments appear to be mutual, for McRaven and his special-operations units. In April, a month before the bin Laden raid, Obama tapped McRaven for his fourth star and nominated him to lead the U.S. Special Operations Command. He began the new job this summer. Few believe it will be his last. McRaven’s special operators, meanwhile, are flying high. While the rest of the Pentagon is scaling back spending, special-operations forces are asking for more. Television, film and video games have infused popular culture, and the political debate, with the power of special warfare to get the job done on the cheap. The potency of that image may depend on making sure the triumph in Abbottabad is not succeeded by another Desert One or Black Hawk down. “Everybody will try to fix all evils with a success, but that only lasts until you sc*** something up,” Cartwright says. “People like McRaven know that.”

Those who spoke at the National Press Club on Thursday claim that the military endangered those who were killed by failing to vet all of those who boarded Chinook helicopter which was allegedly outdated and unaccompanied by standard backup aircraft.

At the presser, a translation of a Muslim cleric’s recitation in Arabic at the funerals of the fallen showed that he was triumphant that Islam would prevail over “infidels.”

On Friday, The Post & Email sent an email to the media office of the Joint Special Operations Center (JSOC) requesting comment on the allegations made by the parents, retired military members and former Navy SEALS who spoke at the press conference:

Retired military commanders including Lt. Gen. John McInerney and Adm. Ace Lyons have severely criticized the decisions which led to the SEALS
having been placed in the situation which resulted in their deaths.

Adm. William McCraven was named specifically by one set of parents who said that “a cover-up” has been carried out. The same father said that the bodies of his son and the others were “desecrated” by a Muslim cleric praying in Arabic at the funeral ceremony for Islam to be victorious over American “infidels.”

I realize that these are very serious charges and am only conveying what those at the presser claim, with the documentary evidence provided above.

I am requesting a statement from you as to the progress of any such investigation into the SEALS’s deaths and whether or not it is true that the Chinook helicopter in which they were flying was outdated and the passenger manifest not vetted prior to allowing certain individuals on board.

If this needs to be submitted as a FOIA request, please advise.

US Special Operations Command extends its deepest sympathies to all of the families that lost loved ones in the Extortion 17 crash.

The investigation was done by US Central Command, the geographic combatant command responsible for that region of the world and was completed more than a year ago. Obama Administration complicit.

Today three families of Navy SEAL Team VI special forces servicemen, along with one family of an Army National Guardsman, appeared at a press conference to disclose never before revealed information about how and why their sons along with 26 others died in a fatal helicopter crash in Afghanistan on August 6, 2011. This was just months after the successful raid on the Bin Laden compound in Pakistan.

At the press conference today the families released video on how military brass, while prohibiting any mention of a Judeo-Christian God, invited a Muslim cleric to the funeral for the fallen Navy SEAL Team VI heroes. This cleric disparaged in Arabic the memory of these servicemen by damning them as infidels to Allah. A video of the Muslim cleric’s “prayer” was shown this morning with a certified translation.

This will break your heart.
