Congress DOES have the "power' not to fund 'programs'......let's see if the new House has enough testosterone to do just that.

The first thing Congress needs to do is to SEAL the BOARDERS and stop the hemorrhage of people across our boarders.....then build the bloody fence......which was funded decades ago!!!!!

The next two years will be 'contentious' to say the least. Hopefully some dems will work with our side to get things DONE. If they don't distance themselves from Obama, they, TOO, will find themselves deprived of employment in 2017.
