Muslims get a pass on the First Amendment to the US Constitution - "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or
prohibiting the free exercise thereof" -

Dhimmitude is the Muslim system of controlling non-Muslim populations conquered through jihad.
Specifically, it is the TAXING of non-Muslims in exchange for tolerating
their presence AND as a coercive means of converting conquered remnants
to Islam.

The ObamaCare bill is the establishment of Dhimmitude and Sharia Muslim diktat in the United States. Muslims are specifically
exempted from the government mandate to purchase insurance, and also
from the penalty tax for being uninsured. Islam considers insurance to
be "gambling", "risk-taking" and "usury" and is thus banned.

Muslims are specifically granted exemption based on this. How convenient. So I,
Ann Barnhardt, a Christian, will have crippling IRS liens placed
against all of my assets, including real estate, cattle, and even
accounts receivables, and will face hard prison time because I refuse to
buy insurance or pay the penalty tax.

Meanwhile, Louis Farrakhan will have no such penalty and will have 100% of his health needs paid
for by the de-facto government insurance. Non-Muslims will be paying a
tax to subsidize Muslims. Period. This is Dhimmitude.

Yes, I totally understand that it is a horrible bill and seems like every day we find another surprise "Easter Egg" in it . . . . . a rotten Easter Egg.

Legislation, ALL OF IT, is purposefully written to baffle the laymen citizen and even the opposing party.
It is written with sub references and cross references so that even if you had an expert translate it for you, it might be different than the next expert.
Late midnight additions to legislation are an attempt by politicians to hide pork and earmarks. These democrat specialties are often written by the politicians themselves and are horribly constructed and often cause the bills to be withdrawn.
The Obama Healthcare Bill was the worst ever bill passed by any congress and had not been read by more than a handfull of politicians. You remember what Ms. Pelosi told us, "you gotta let us pass the bill before we can tell you what's IN the bill!!!
The running of congress has to be revamped starting with TERM LIMITS.
The supreme court makes it's living off of interpreting these laws. And even the supreme court ends up divided deciding their cases.

Mike, the more you read it, the more you'll begin to learn the 'lingo'. This package is pretty much a massive take-over of just about every aspect of our lives that the government hasn't already taken over. Unfortunately, it does cater to special interests. Obama made a statement last week (I think it was) that latinos will not get medical coverage in this bill. That was either a bald face lie, or even he doesn't have a clue what is actually contained in this bill. The bill states in several places that illegal immigrants will be covered and will not pay for that coverage. They will be exempted from the fees that Americans will be required to pay, else pay a fine, else serve a prison sentence.

Not only did our House and Senate, who are charged with writing and funding legislation, not read the bill, but they also didn't write the bill.

There are lots of sources that cite the pages and paragraphs, stating exactly what they mean, if one does a little research online. Another item, most people are not aware of, is that beginning in 2012, doctors will be required to implant an electronic device in many patients, particularly those with chronic medical conditions such as heart disease, kidney disease, etc.

Then, of course, there are all of the 'gray' areas that have been left, almost certainly by intention, subject to the interpretation of the 'enforcers', which all signs indicate will be ACORN and SEIU.

I didn't read a lot of it. It's massive and a lot of the lingo is not layman friendly. Thus, I have relied on others who have read it for info, I'm sorry to admit.

There are a lot of things in Obamacare that they would like us to believe aren't there. Have you read the bill Mike? You might find it well worth your time. I did!

Are you certain this is correct. I have read this from several other different sources, however I have read others that say this is is positively not included in the Obamacare bill.

THAT'S IT!!! No more Obamacare for you! . . . . . . . or for ANY of us.

On the other hand, we could ALL just say we're muslims and avoid a big hassle. NOT!
