As the Supreme Court discusses arguments related to President Obama's eligibility, it may be instructive to note a recent best-seller
investigated the issue in question, finding Obama may not fit the
constitutionalrequirement that stipulates only "natural born" citizens
can serve as U.S. president.

The Supreme Court conferred yesterday on whether arguments should be heard on the merits of a case entitled Kerchner v. Obama, which debates
whether the writers of the Constitution believed the term "natural-born
citizen" meant a person born in the United States to two parents who
were both American citizens.

With nearly 900 endnotes, the book, "The Manchurian President: Barack Obama's Ties to Communists, Socialists and Other Anti-American
Extremists," investigated the issue. The tome was written by WND senior
reporter Aaron Klein and researcher Brenda J. Elliott.

An investigation by the authors found that according to correspondence from the original framers of the Constitution as well as
multiple Supreme Court rulings and the legal writings that helped
establish the principles of the Constitution, Obama is not eligible to
serve as president since his father was not a U.S. citizen.

Although it is good that the matter be decided upon, I am not
optimistic about its outcome. It seems to me that there has been a
deliberate refusal to weigh the evidence which included, if I'm not
mistaken, at least a submitted copy of a Kenyan birth certificate
bearing the name of Obama! Many well-reasoned arguments have been put
forth in various blogs and books and even one enlightened movie
documentary which seem to at least show a strong basis for doubting
Obama's native-born citizenship...yet, these seem to fall on deaf ears.
I am also confused by people for whom I have great respect, Glenn Beck,
Bill O'Reilly, and Ann Coulter who appear to give absolutely no weight
to the evidence for Obama’s ineligibility.


At this point, I am just wondering why anyone would believe this man to be eligible... On what basis? What? And what is the actual harm
in making him cough up his long-form birth certificate?


Is it wrong to assume that Obama's alleged astronomical expenditures to protect his personal information might just indicate
some problems with his actual eligibility status? Why does this go
unquestioned? Even if it is actually of no real consequence, why it is
not explained to us as to why it’s of no real consequence? In my view,
one has to at least concede that the real danger in keeping this
particular individual in office is that he seems Hell-bent on
destroying the Republic that is the United States. He has yet to do
anything beyond public showboating that I would consider the meticulous
statecraft necessary to promote strong policy critically important to
the health of our nation or even the responsible leadership critically
important for its future needs. Through incompetence and/or personal
philosophy (Marxist I reckon), he seems more about putting our nation
in a position of economic desperation and energy control/dependence so
that it will one day need to dance to the musings of some flawed &
self-corrupting world-government entity, like the United Nations.


There is one potential reason I can think of as to why Obama is permitted to retain the leadership role and to continue defiling this
nation: So that the people who elected this sham can learn their
lessons about voting based upon skin color, slogans, and the
approbation of an adoring and non-critical press. This nation is on the
brink!!! No future elections can ever again be as shallow as the one
that put President Genius in office! Every aspect of this
administration seems anti-free market and anti-Christian. Communists,
tax-cheats, and/or terrorists-terrorist sympathizers seem to abound in
it, and even their so-called EPA director thinks that carbon dioxide
should be reckoned a priority pollutant! I'm waiting for something good
and/or reasonable to happen from this administration, while at the same
time I'm confident it will never happen. In any case, may the people of
this land realize who is in power and throw him out as soon as
possible! In my view, this administration is a disgrace and its full
profile needs to come out in all of its ugliness. We must never again
soft-soap these misguided and anti-American lunatics' policies, but
instead hold them up to scrutiny for complete renouncement. Too many
people in America today, including educators, cannot even make a
connection between Communism and evil! They appear woefully ignorant of
socialism and are sympathetic to the idiocy that is Progressivism.

Complicating this situation is a portion of the American electorate who thought it would be good to retain the services of Harry Reid and
Nancy Pelosi. How about a Constitutional Amendment to prevent people
who have an IQ less than 75 from voting? I don't want to end up with
this putrid situation ever again, even if its 20 years from now! When
you "throw the bums out" of an establishment, don't ever forget that
they are bums!!! Debate them, embarrass them, humiliate them, hold
their musings, utterings, and rantings up for analysis and then in
complete contempt. AND REMEMBER TO UPSTAGE THEM WITH BETTER STATECRAFT
and by endeavoring to always keep MORAL RESPONSIBILITY NUMBER ONE!!!
