The Washington Post is reporting today that President Barack Obama’s entire gun-grab, “Gun Control” agenda may be about to go down in flames. Despite his constant lecturing of the American people, and attempts to denigrate and demogogue the 2nd Amendment rights of Americans, it appears he is simply not going to have the votes to pass any of his desired measures to limit the 2nd Amendment rights of Americans:

WASHINGTON POST: Gun-control measures that seemed destined to become law after the school shootings in Newtown, Conn., are in jeopardy amid a fierce lobbying campaign by firearms advocates.

Despite months of negotiations, key senators have been unable to find a workable plan for near-universal background checks on gun purchases — an idea that polls show nine in 10 Americans support.

Another provision that garnered bipartisan support — making gun trafficking a federal crime — could be gutted if Republican lawmakers accept new language being circulated by the National Rifle Association.

The failure of those two measures would be a major setback for the White House and its allies, who have acknowledged that two other proposals — bans on assault weapons and high-capacity ammunition magazines — are not politically viable

She crushes the logic of anti gun politicians in the Maryland state legislature.

If only our politicians were as smart as this fifteen year old girl we might actually be taking steps to reduce violence that DON’T include attacking inanimate objects.

She points out the fallacy of strict gun control by using the model of modern gun control, Chicago, as an example of what happens when you disarm the general populace, leaving them at the hands of criminals and gang members.

Bravo young lady, bravo. We know it takes some nerves to stand up in a crowd like that and speak your mind.
