A reporter asked Governor Andrew Cuomo, in a number of different ways, if he takes responsibility for LIPA, an agency overseen by the state whose handling of Hurricane Sandy Cuomo has been strongly criticized.
The exchanged happened during a Monday, November 12, 2012 press conference in Cuomo's midtown office.

Just like Obama,

Cuomo doesn't answer the question, HAS no answer for the question, blames someone ELSE for the LIPA problem HE created, and takes no responsibility for any problems that fall within his area of responsibility.
