He must be including the 25 million of illegal aliens who are NOT American citizens and are here illegally. Did he factor in the 8 million plus who do not want ANY care and have opted OUT of healthcare as they are young and feel it's a needless cost to them?? And what about those who have just not signed up for Medicare and Medicaid due to lack of knowledge (yes...they don't know about existing government programs available to them). Why destroy a private healthcare system that is functioning well (very well, indeed) for the majority of Americans to pick up everyone else? It's CRIMINAL! UNCONSTITUTIONAL! A destruction of private companies!!
