I bet California is not one of these states. The liberals are running our government, they are thinking about changing our constitution. You go Texas, I'am very proud of you, standing up for what you believe in! Good Luck to all the States standing up to this government!

My brother told me about several states declaring resolutions of sovereignty based on the 10th ammendmendment in Feb or March, 2009.
I'm not sure how many have been signed by the governors [Sarah Palin signed Alaska's prior to her resignation]
The wording in Az.'s resolution even addresses the issue of the military members from that state.
It proposes that all members of the military shall [in the instance of federally proposed martial law] return to their home state and report to the governor of that state until such time as the president has been replaced.
There has been very little reporting of this [how surprised are we?]
I find it refreshing that it popped up on CNN.........perhaps there IS hope afterall.

Thank you, Lou Dobbs, for your excellent work. The federal government has gone WAY OVERBOARD with its interference in states' rights and has to be told, in no uncertain terms, to CEASE AND DESIST. How can the federal government possible insist that states spend MORE money on any program, entitlement or otherwise, when tax receipts are down so DRASTICALLY? It's nothing but a sick joke on the American public who are FED UP.
