Wasn't it Pogo [or one of the characters in that strip] who said;

"WE HAVE MET THE ENEMY AND HE IS US."

Usama bin Ladin declared war on the United States of America in 1996. He has been the titular leader of al Quaeda since then and until we have evidence of his demise, continues to lead that organization. Whether or not this administration acknowledges this conflict, it does, indeed exist.

It appears that we have escaped another attempt to destroy American lives by al Quaeda this past weekend with the packages shipped from Yemen to the US.

Obviously, there should be NO MORE packages of any kind shipped from Yemen, EVER. Frankly, I think any packages from any of the countries known to harbor enemies of 'infidels' [I presume that would be all of them] need to just sit in the country of origin for the next 578 yrs. [or so!]

Sadly, there are people in this country who are so busy groveling and trying their very best to be THE most POLITICALLY CORRECT little sychophants on the planet that they will get the rest of us blown to smithereens.

It is not possible to reason with Jihadists...........their singular mission is to achieve a world wide caliphate subject only to ALLAH. If you refuse you die......PERIOD!
They are not reasonable, they will not like us if we make a few 'consessions', they will stop only when Islam is the ruler and ALL are subject to Shariah Law.
This is truly a battle of our God against theirs....................of our faith and belief in the freedom to practice ANY religion against being forced to worship a god that preaches only oppression.
Which one will we chose? The God of Love and Forgiveness or the one of darkness?
The Former still grants us free will to make any choice we think is best. The latter................??? If you get right down to it it is a choice of life for the soul or not. The choice is very easy for me.
