There's a lot of politics going on in Texas. There's a lot of thought going into the problems being created by the existing congresses both state and federal. It is surely a time of unrest not only in Texas but across the nation.
It is time to shift the quality and concern of government.
People are showing they don't want "change" from a constitution that has served us for 200 hundred years. We don't want "change" that takes GOD out of our institutions. We don't want "change" that would make us pay taxes till we bleed and make our children and grandchildren pay for our excesses. We don't want change that allows babies to be thrown out with the refuse. We don't want "change" that will weaken our commitment to our strong defense and give our enemy citizens rights.
We DO want CHANGE. We want to change the corrupt practices that have developed within our system of government where only MONEY talks and righteousness and GODLINESS have become a snicker from the politicians who are supposed to serve and respect those who elect them. We do this AND will even withdraw from the union state by state if the present state of the union continues to corrode and congress refuses to serve the very people who elect them to office.
We are at a tipping point . . . . . and I think we and they all know it.

Comment by Freedom Is Not Free on January 23, 2010 at 1:25am: I was in this rally, two people impress me for most of the speakers, Debra Medina and Daniel Miller, each of them with different believe of how far they will take what is going on, not matter the difference of approach, both strong in one issue. THE FREEDOM OF TEXAS AND TEXANS! their passion in love from this State grab my heart, I meet both in the same day, both are leaders of people, and it's in my heart to do the right thing next to those patriot Texans, that are willing to defend this State no matter the consequence. Right now many of us are holding, hoping that things will be better with the better choices, but if this is not working and Texas receive threats, I know I will be with those that will defend the right of Texas not just to defend her self, but to Her Sovereignty.
