Down went Bachmann, Cain and Gingrich. Santorum is a nice guy- but nothing more than the "last in line" alternative to Romney. He did have the good fortune to peak just in time for the showdown in Iowa- and manage an ever so close second to Mitt. Nevetheless, he will be clobbered in NH and has neither the money nor the ground organization to win the GOP nomination. Worse yet, his chances of beating the Kenyan prince are mighty slim...
That said, Rick did endorse Romney last time around and would make a good VP- as would Bachmann.
