It's totally unbelievable what our schools, under the rule of our government, are allowed to get away wth. I am glad my kids are grown. One of my daughters homeschools, another children are out of school, and the other sends her children to public school but here in the South the schools are a bit different than they were in the west. It's a little move conservative here all around.

Oh boy, I thought the same thing. I was a stay at home Mom and still married 39 years come this Dec. 21. I did not want anyone else raising my kids. It takes two cars, more car Ins. paying a Day care, buying more clothes for work and for the kids and if your working outside the home, people tend to eat out more and spend more...really and Uncle Sam gets some of that second paycheck. People dont get it. Your right there are no families left really. They encourage our children to experiment with sex now and teach even beastiality (spell?) Then gay marriage and on and on. I feel very bad for the next generations. I blame my generation for not paying close enough attention to politics. Im so wide awake I cant sleep anymore and my mouth runs constantly on all the troubles. Its a good thing I live far from anyone or the Police would be at my door for all the screaming I do.

Wow Teresa. People are really amazing aren't they? But as for the government the busing was the first thing that really struck me as an over reach by the government. Think of parents, like myself, to move to a particular location for the schools and often their proximity to the home. What right did the government have to tell those parents they had to put their in jeapardy for whatever goal the government was trying to achieve???? It's gotten so much worse since then. In my view even the push for women to get out of the home and into the mainstream workforce worked for the same goal against the family. Our culture started to march men and women as competitors instead of compliments to each other. Talk about damage to a relationship. Incremental and often misnamed the work went on. And look at our families today. Enough said.

Valerie, yes destroy the family. I moved to Fl. and was 3min. from a school, but was told that for racial reasons busing was ordered. They forced 5yr. old kinder kids to travel one hour to school and one hour from school. Kids left for a long day of school. How dangerous to do this. If your child got sick you had a hr. to go to pick the child up from school. We must stop this. Also, I lived in Jersey where my daughter was married had a newborn she was breastfeeding and her husband and my daughter did not want to be involved with her husbands mother who had been in prision, tried to commit suicide three times and was addicted to drugs took my daughter and son in law to court for Grandparent rights, the Mother in law won, and they had to drop this baby off to her three times a week for two hrs. and to increase the time as he got older if they did not they would be put in jail. We all moved to Florida in the middle of the night. Never to return. true story. This woman went on to do this to all her other children ......taking or threating them if they did not bring the babies around.

Pretty alarming. My first awareness of this part of governmental over reach was when they forced busing of public school children. This agenda has been growing ever since.
