This 'trial' will make OJ Simpson's appear normal.
This will be a three ring circus, complete with clowns.
I also think it will paint yet another bulls eye on New York City.
These terrorists will have to be transported from their cells at least twice per day, in bust New York traffic..............imagine the opportunities for a 'rescue'.
They will have access to the best 'legal team' in the country because, as we all know, the law is no longer a means to justice but a game of which attorney can find the most 'loop holes' to win. KSM will be directing the jury consultants as well as the entire proceedings.
This is also a way to try the Bush administration, the CIA, our military etc.
It will create yet another crisis not to be wasted and give this government more cause to remove more of our liberties.
This is just one more poor choice/decision added to the growing list owned by Obama and his cronies.
Maybe they can get Judge Ito to sit on the bench in this court room.
