First sign of Nan's train being off the rails came when she told us that we had to pass the bill before they'd tell us what's in it.

Nan learned that from our current Secretary of State John Kerry (from Heinz Ketchup fame) when he told us that he voted FOR the bill before he voted against it.

John learned that strategy from then president Bill Clinton who quizzed us with, "it depends on what your definition of "IS" is. 

These historic "intellectual threads" weave their way through our most high political disciples and are only allowed full understanding by those of the liberal progressive democrat persuasion.
