Comment by Kathryn Ball on April 10, 2011 at 9:48pm: Gosh, Guys, I LOVE this! I can think of no better way to keep these clowns "honest" than to keep them all in plain sight. [I wrote a rather lengthy..........who ME???? yup!] response to the health care compact that was sent out this morning if you care to look at that.

As long as these people are allowed to isolate themselves in D.C., the only people/groups they will be beholden to are the special interest groups and lobbiests [all those they swear they HATE when running for reelection]. If they are compelled to live in their districts we the people can watch them, their staffs will be local people and the time in D.C. will be extremely limited and at their OWN expense.............no more free rides on the backs of the tax payers.

The past couple of weeks of 'haggling' over these tiny little budget 'cuts' are absurd but not one of these fools has the sense to know how ridiculous they look.

I know, without any doubt at ALL that I could put together a committee of frugal, careful, coupon clipping housewives who could make quick work of trimming this behemouth our elected officials call a BUDGET!

The biggest issue for those in office is that they find it necessary to continue to BUY votes to maintain their seats............................TRULY a VERY LARGE, STEAMING Load of HORSE MANURE! [if I ever saw one & trust me...................!]
