It has no commercials because it is fully funded by the Russian govt. They pay Time Warner 100 Million $ per year so it requires no commercials. It promotes a Russian anti-American point of view. Everyone is worrying about Al Jazeera yet this reminds me of "Voice of America" that the CIA used to pump into communist nations. We are allowing young impressionable minds to fed anti American propaganda and it drives me crazy. A former left wing looney tune from Air America has a segment on it. I think the left has allowed this into our living rooms in the typical stealth manner they do things. Time Warner calls it (Inspirational/Local) which is a complete lie. It drives me crazy.
