NOW CHILDREN........TODAY'S LESSON WILL BE ABOUT " METAPHORS":

A" MET-A-PHOR"  IS A "FIGURE OF SPEECH" IN WHICH ONE OBJECT IS LIKENED TO ANOTHER  BY SPEAKING OF IT AS IF IT WERE THAT OTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!! [THAT IS THE DEFINITION RIGHT OUT OF WEBSTER'S DICTIONARY ]

How many times have we heard George W. Bush referred to as "HITLER"!?!?!? Those referrals were NOT "METAPHORS" but direct accusations from bitter, nasty idiologues, who sought protection behind the curtain of Political Correctness!!!!!

I heard a WONDERFUL quote, attributed to Charlton Heston yesterday........"POLITICAL CORRECTNESS IS TYRANNY WITH MANNERS!"     In my opinion....truer words were never spoken.

Brigitte Gabrielle, author of "Because They Hate" and a frequent guest on FOX and talk shows has stated that she thinks that "Political Correctness" will destroy this country......I find myself agreeing with her, whole heartedly!

Political Correctness has been the means used by the left to remove God from the everyday consciousness of so many Americans. PC has muted any discussion of the problems that have all but destroyed the black family structure.....if we "say anything' it might "offend someone", we are RACISTS!......the illigitimate birthrate in the black community is higher than in any other. That the MURDER rate of young black men is by young black men is a tragedy that is beyond description. The graduation rate of blacks from high school is an abomination but we had best NOT TALK ABOUT IT!!!!!!!

Every generation criticizes the next generations' EVERYTHING.....the way they DRESS, the way they TALK, their MUSIC, the way they DANCE.....etc., etc., etc., my kids are 45 & 43....never ONCE did I think their music went beyond social acceptability...............the HIP-HOP & RAP of today is beyond offensive.........I wonder if they only hear/FEEL the beat and do not hear the words becuase the stuff they are calling "music" is simply VERBAL PORNOGRAPHY!  But here again........don't say anything because someone might be offended.

Has it EVER, ONCE occurred to ANYONE OUT THERE that I might be offended??? What about protecting ME from hearing such FILTH?!?!?

Is it not interesting that we now have a class, group, culture......WHATEVER.....of the perpetually persecuted-- perpetually offended-- PERPETUALLY PISSED OFF whose IRE rises to great heights when the director of the Perpetually---------------[fill in the blanks] VICTIMS pushes the alarm button to the Perpetual WHINERS whose job it is to destroy the lives of anyone who looks at an object and instead of calling it a "SPADE"...... calls it a "FREAKING SHOVEL" [that is how my husband describes me...I'm frequently in hot water so I just add bubble bath!]

The NFL was stupid to drop Hank Willians Jr.'s "Are You Ready for Some Football?!?" from Monday night footabll...................although the NFL also allows the players, who are paid MILLIONS each year to play a GAME [sometimes well-----others.......not so much!], to belong to a UNION?!?!?!?!?!?

The BEST part of all of this is that "all of this" actually became "an ISSUE" in the first place!!!!!
