JoanO, Not sure about underground cities unless you consider the caves that have been built all over the globe by the governments. I do know India and Vietnam have some very huge caves that are natural. I somehow doubt these people are in them, but who knows. Bill Gates was also one person who wanted to ad something to our drinking water to control population? A year or so ago, there was a video of him speaking on that very subject.
