Her list of priorities and her masters at times gave conflicting orders, none of which originated in the White House. Why do you think she ran her OWN email system outside of protocol in the first place? She WAS running a shadow State Department with her REAL orders coming from Bill, Soros, and other money sources in control of her soon to be president campaign.
