We have a president who refuses to acknowledge that we are being attacked by an enemy that has long ago announced that THEY are at war with us. Islamic Terrorism is covering the world.

What IS the body count threshold that (automatically) makes our nation adopt an "at war" stance with the enemy?

Do we have to accumulate the same body count as that of the 9-11 attack before the liberal progressive democrat machine begins the process of ramping up our war machine?

OR . . . . does the liberal progressive democrat machine believe this will NEVER be considered a WAR until AFTER the November election???
