Since I found no solution to getting you the entire information, I decided the best thing to send you is the link to the very first entry to my research.  I chose it to be first, because it is in chart-like form, and covers every important facet of the definition, including excepts, and an overview, from the other two most outstanding attorneys research, which go into great, great depth and detail, as well as history, to completely cover every facet of the term and its origin.  It is in chart-like form, making it the easiest to read and understand when your knowledge base is zero, and will give you the entire picture and understanding.  Unfortunately, it will not give you all of the legal background (from revolutionary times to the present) that would leave absolutely no questions in your mind, but does cover everything that is important and relevant.  I urge you to read it in its entirety, because it is not that long, but will cover everything relevant so that you completely understand the most important points and issues, but be able to explain it all to anyone with great confidence.  Here it is:

I am here with the truth.  I have researched, and given presentations, on the subject to Tea Party and other Conservative groups (including The Madison Forum) in Atlanta since before Obama's election in '08.  The first person to bring a case on the subject when he was nominated was an attorney and Democratic county chairman in Philadelphia named Philip Berg, because he was so mad Hillary did not get the nomination.  That is when I started researching the term.  I found the three most competent attorneys  in the country on this subject doing that research.  The main point, that you do not seem to know , is that there are five Supreme Court decisions, the first in 1814 and the last in 1939, which collectively, and individually, agree on the definition of "natural born", which, by the way, is only used in one place in the entire Constitution, Article ll, Section l, clause 5 which states the qualification for becoming President.  It is the only place in the Constitution where the term is used.  I am including my research of five years for your edification and to cure your lack of knowledge and education on the subject:  Just because the Democrats decided to violate the Constitution by nominating Obama (and they knew it, because they tried to pass several bills when he was still a Senator to change the meaning of the term, knowing full well the only way to legally do it is amend the Constitution - that is how duplicitous they are.  Now the Republicans seem to think that since they let the Democrats get away with it because of political correctness and Obama, they should be able to violate the Constitution for their own candidates.  All of which tells you, particularly since the "conservatives" have done nothing about this man illegally holding office since '08, that they feel they too should violate the Constitution to get the candidates they want.  I am very sorry because all of them, Cruz, Rubio and Jindal are all great Republicans, but the Constitution is the Constitution, and we are either going to abide by it, or we should just burn it and become a despotic, non-Constitutional country in the process.  Be sure you know what you are talking about before you try to argue with someone who does.

 

Because we are limited to the amount of characters that can be posted at one time, it will take three following posts to show you all of my research.  If you care to be informed and really help your country, I would beg you to read this research and be informed in order to tell the facts to your fellow citizens who care about the future of our country.

Ted Cruz's father was Cuban, his mother was American.......SHE was [is?] a US citizen....just because he happened to be BORN in Canada doesn't make him an illegitimate presidential candidate.....................Rubio was born in the US making him a citizen...............

Does this mean that because the "BIRTHERS" didn't have any luck getting Obama disqualified that you'll be turning to Conservatives.......................

WHY ARE YOU HERE???????? [maybe to answer my earlier posit???]

It is too bad that he is not "natural born", along with Marco Rubio and Bobby Jindal.  I guess the conservatives feel it is alright for them to violate the Constitution on this issue, since the Dims have already done it with Obama.  It is amazing that most Congressmen have completely ignored the worst violation of our Constitution in the history of our country on this issue with Obama, and now, since the Dims have done it, they all are going to do it and to hell with the wisdom of the Founders.
