The inception of the Clinton Foundation was coincident with the democrat party taking away her first run at president but promising her the secretary of state position.
As secretary of state Hitllary had access to Middle East "investments" and/or contributions in or to the Clinton Foundation
on a Quid Pro Quo basis.
This ugly part of the Washington DC/United Nations/NATO alliances keep this planet at war and make certain individuals powerful and rich.
