David that's an excellent action that all of us can take. I too have made a similar decision to control my spending geographically.
Barnie Frank is an abomination. Not only did he hold up any investigation of Fannie and Freddie, he was complicit in having his "boyfriend" at Fannie cook the books.
It's too bad that the Republican war chest didn't recognize Frank as a liberal wrecking machine that should have been targeted for political reprisals thereby having him removed from office by his own constituents! His lisp makes me puke. One of my best days was the day Frank agreed to appear on the O'riley show. Bill ripped him a new one . . . . . and he evidently needed it.

Barney Frank is one of the most corrupt legislators of all time. I have started a new policy avoiding spending money in any district with elected legislators such as Frank. Voting for Barney and other socialists/Marxists is message enough that my money is not welcome in their district. I will take note after this election of the areas/states that I will avoid. I'm also going to actively lobby others to avoid these areas. For example if Nevada sends Reid back to Washington, I will actively boycott Las Vegas and will refuse to attend any conventions held there.
