Family Research Council during the spring of 2009 was the first organization to highlight the radical record of Kevin Jennings, President Obama's choice for "safe schools czar." At the time, our concerns were met with little more than a yawn from the mainstream media. Today the spotlight is back on Kevin Jennings. Over the last two weeks, press outlets like FoxNews.com, Rush Limbaugh and Lou Dobbs have picked up the Jennings story, and the Washington Times ran an editorial demanding an answer regarding Jennings's appointment.

Of course, one of the most shocking pieces of news about Jennings is a story he's told himself (in different ways at different times) about a 15 year old student who came to him and confessed that he was having sex with older men in a bus station restroom. Instead of reporting the high-risk behavior to the boy's parents, school administrators or the police, Jennings's only response was, "I hope you knew to use a condom."

Jennings has shown a disregard for parental rights and for our children's well being, yet he is the President's choice to keep our schools safe! Safe for sexual predators it would seem!

Please contact your state school board and let them know that this is unacceptable, and they need to let the President know: it is time Kevin Jennings resigns! Thank you and God bless you.

Comment by LANYON on October 12, 2009 at 11:37pm: Remember..... the politically correct fools have passed a law "protecting" this homosexual species, so they believe that they can get away with anything, including violence.... they are a "protected" group just as the "wild-eyed green turd from Minnesota". Political correctness, like Affirmative Action, are social tools created by Marxists to segment our Society, thereby making it easier to manipulate and control..... it's time to put a stop to this madness..... let's do it, for sure, in 2010!!!
