CONG. GIFFORDS SUPPORTS WINDMILLS AT U.S. BASES IN AFGHANISTAN OVER SECURITY...SHE’S ON THE ARMED SERVICES COMMITTEE:

Last week, Congresswoman Giffords met with General Patraeus on Capitol Hill. This meeting took place after we have lost over thirty American soldiers in Afghanistan this month. The burning question on Ms. Giffords’ mind was: what are we doing to “green” our bases?
This is a disgrace. Ms. Giffords sits on the House Armed Services Committee and yet seems to be unaware of the ever-changing and deteriorating situation in our longest war ever – Afghanistan. Instead, she used that meeting for political grand-standing to please the Obama Administration.


MSM CAUGHT USING WHITE HOUSE TALKING POINTS–LIVE!

Wow. You rarely see the Left-wing media be as transparent about their collaboration with the Obama White House as Mika Brzezinski was this morning on “Morning Joe.” Former GE CEO Jack Welch was on the program, and was being critical of the Government’s handling on the Gulf Oil Spill. Mika kept giving the White House party line to try and counter what Welch was saying. Welch finally asked Mika if she had “some more points on that?”
Mika then laughed and said:
“...Do you want to know why I have a file that I’ve been working on with the White House—and I’ll be very transparent about that? Because of your friend Rudy Giuliani who came here last week spewing out a whole bunch of nothing.”

CLUELESS ANTI-ISRAELI PROTESTERS


Here is video of anti-Israel protesters attempting to block the unloading of an Israeli ship at the Port of Oakland yesterday. The protesters said they were rallying in support of Gaza and against Israel’s blockade of Gaza.
Israel needs to stick to their guns and prevent arms from entering Gaza. Protesters like this are either totally clueless, or they are supporters of those who would wipe Israel off the map.
AP: Hundreds of protesters condemning Israel’s recent raid on an international flotilla bound for Gaza are picketing at the Port of Oakland, where an Israeli ship is due to arrive.
The demonstrators gathered Sunday to prevent the incoming ship from being unloaded. The dock’s day shift of longshoremen agreed to not cross the picket line.
Meanwhile Sunday, Israel said it will immediately allow all goods into Gaza except weapons and items deemed to have a military use under its decision to ease its three-year-old blockade of the Palestinian territory
