Here is a video montage of comments showing the stark contrast between President Obama and GOP Leaders on "American Exceptionalism." By his own words, Obama does not think America is any more "exceptional" that Greece or Great Britain or any other country. In his world, there is an equivalency between the history and actions of the United States and that of other nations.

But the statements of GOP Leaders demonstrates the massive divide in conviction. Conservatives believe the United States is the greatest nation the world has ever seen – Greatest in terms of our Constitution, our ideals and in the way we have stood for freedom around the world. The video also shows a graphic that 91% of Republicans believe the U.S. is the "greatest country in the world," while only 73% of Democrats agree with that statement.

For Obama it is all about jobs for government and welfare for the lazy... all paid for by the shrinking middle class. Why is the middle-class shrinking you ask? Because Obama, Pelosi and Reid sucked all the capital out of the private economy and purposefully created an environment of financial uncertainty. This uncertainty forced the Free Marketeers to stop spending on jobs and expansion which resulted a large stockpile of capital that became easy pickings for the vultures of big government. The end result is the slowdown in the creation of wealth and a bottleneck of graduates not being able to get jobs and moving into the middle-class ballooning the numbers of the poor. It is a classic consequence of Keynesian economics.
