A PROCLAMATION

.

TITLE:

ANTI-RACISM LAW

" A law intended to hold accountable any person or person(s) for

making baseless, false and racially inflammatory statements

about others with the purpose of inciting the public to riot "

For purposes of this statute, the word "racist" or derivative thereof

shall include in its definition the words "Homophobic", "Islamophobic",

"misogonist", "flat-earther", "birther"

or other such defamationly inflammatory term.

Anyone who alleges that or calls any other person or persons a "racist"

has the Legal Obligation to present proof of such accusation

to a Special Anti-Defamation Tribunal within 48 hours

of making such charge. The person(s) whom are the target

of such defamatory charges shall have the

right to demand that the appropriate Tribunal

subpoena the accuser(s) and issue summons upon them.

Failure of accuser(s) to present factual evidence of such

accusations at the closest duly appointed Tribunal to the postal zip code

from which the accusation first arose shall constitute

automatic and irrevocable default and shall subject

the accuser(s) individually and severally to penalty of law, namely:

1. Such allegation(s) or accusations

shall be publicly and immediately

declared false;

2. A fine of $1,000,000.00 immediately payable to the Tribunal,

which shall, forthwith, less costs and fees,

convey such sum to the person or persons

being the subject of the False Accusation;

3.  Additional penalties of $1,000,000.00 daily

shall be assessed against the false accuser(s)

for failure to remit such sums to the Tribunal forthwith;

4.  Person(s) found liable under the operation of this statute

shall be immediately incarcerated in a level III facility or prison

until such time as they make restitution to the Tribunal

for all lawful penalties, fines and levies;

5.)  Such person(s) shall be at the sole mercy of the Tribunal;

6.)  ALL DECISIONS ARE FINAL.

There shall be allowed NO APPEAL

from such judgements of the Tribunal;

7.)  Local Elected Authorities shall appoint such Tribunal Members for a period

not to exceed 24 months. No former member of any such tribunal shall

be allowed to serve on any other tribunal for a period of 10 years.

Tribunal Judges shall be protected with appropriate level

of security at all times, and for a period of 5 years

after their service to the community tribunals;

8.)  The communities from which Tribunals operate shall provide

the necessary manpower for such security force,

recruited from local police agencies and/or National Guard Units,

or from retired members of such similar organizations;

I'm not an attorney but served in Law enforcement for 30 years, last 16 as detective.
I'm usually encouraging our members here at REAL CONSERVATIVES to engage the enemy at every level and on every subject, attempting to save and improve our nation and form of government.
 President Trump recognizes as we do that our nation is in peril and strong measures must be taken to quickly stop the destruction.
 Most recently it has become obvious after the last presidential election that our opposition intends to thwart President Trump at every step and on every policy. More significantly, our opposition has put us on notice that they are willing to take steps to conspiratorially damage our nation's infrastructure and all activities including our economy, health care, housing, and governmental affairs.
 The conspirators include high level politicians and embedded liberal progressive democrat operatives in our most sensitive and secret services IE: NSA, FBI, CIA, EPA, ATF, and others.
President Trump is in the process of removing the obvious holdovers from the Obama
administration. There are thousands left as yet unidentified. "Draining the swamp" is going to take time. It's a big challenge.
 Raya and Edie your call for a new law is brilliant and necessary. It's passage whether at state level or federal will be a huge challenge. There is likely similar laws in every state which may cover a portion of what is suggested here under "Conspiracy to foment violence" statutes and under federal law the 'Rico" statutes may apply.
 Our problem with dealing with riots and rioters has been prosecution. For 8 years there was little enforcement against those who would commit those crimes. I point out that 9-11 was a conspiracy which should have been obvious. The result of course was that our agencies failed, took little action, and in the end thousands of our citizens were killed and our economy was literally halted.
 Are we again at the juncture where we are going to be late identifying the threat. If we can identify the threat, do we now have the government agencies in place to take action against the perpetrators. If we capture the perpetrators do we have the will to prosecute and punish?
Laws are necessary. We face a new threat with Islam. Does our legal system and laws cover what we need?
 What about adding new laws as has been suggested here? How long to make that law functional? Who will write it? What will the operational law look like after congress writes and passes it? It won't remain a pure conservative construction you know, the liberal democrats are still part of our law making apparatus.
 As you suggested, there needs to be a national discussion and we need to talk about about the effect, cost, negatives, positives, and unintended consequences.
 There is much work to be done.

As a practical matter, though, your

input makes a lot of sense.

Hopefully, this is just a beginning

to a national conversation which

will lead us to some form of National accord,

CITIZENS of a civil society.

Color-blind and tolerant,

but un-compromising on Principles

I, for one, welcome the challenge.

Just as the Founders forged our Constitution

it is our duty to solve current problems

with CONSTITUTIONAL legislation.

My hope is that this "Proclamation" will spark

National dialogue among our diverse population.

Its rather thrilling to be a part of this process, no?

Thank God for the Founders' wisdom, shaping our Nation.

That's why I like to refer to the

My comment below should have the words [in parentheses added] (indoctrinating anyone over the age of six) or inciting a (violent) ....

The amounts of the fines should be realistically possible, with an addendum for people with no money to be jailed immediately, and for those who were paid to incite a riot be jailed for 1 to 5 years, and to share the same jail time with their payer, even if the claim is renounced or apologized for.

At the end of the third paragraph below, the original fine and all following fines for one year should be $50,000.

 The terms of the "Fake" comment with the purpose of "indoctrinating anyone under the age of six or inciting a violent riot in person, through Social Media, in a print media, or an electronic media" added at the end of the first paragraph. 

The first fine should be $50,000, and each additional day should be a fine of $5,000 to make it possible for individuals to pay, either in cash or by confiscation of property.  If the offender is working through a Social Media, printed media, or electronic media in combination with the owner of such media, the fines should be $500,000 for the first day and each following day.for the owner of the medium.
