We have just watched Obama with his liberal congress try and destroy the best Health care system in the world.  As I and other folks started studying the plan we realized that it was even worse than we feared.  There really were death panels,  sub standard rationed care for seniors, and hidden and unrelated taxes peppered throughout.  We were all forced to pay for abortions,  get Government approved health insurance or get fined and entertain absurd requirements to get Doctor prescriptions for simple over-the-counter drugs like Tylenol and Excedrin.  The obvious other elephant running through the room was it was not wanted by the American people and is completely unaffordable.

The Battle is going full force, led by ‘the people’ and this new congress to repeal,  defund,  gut and destroy this unconstitutional and unaffordable attack by Obama and the progressive left.  Federal Judges have ruled against it and up to 26 states have sued against it being forced into their states.  We will win this but it is a huge blood bath.

Marriage

Now we find that Obama has ordered Attorney General Eric Holder to back out on the Defense of Marriage Act (DOMA) passed by the majority of both houses of Congress in 1996 and signed by then President Bill Clinton.  Obama ordered Holder not to defend this law anymore. 

This is another violation of the law and will of the people already on the books.  In fact,  this stands dead against 31 states who have already rejected ‘same sex’ marriage.

Just as Federal Judge Vinson is the second Judge so far who has ruled against the constitutionality of the Health care Bill, representing 26 states,  we see Obama ignoring laws already on the books again regarding same sex marriage in 31 states. 

Our President has no interest with what the will of the people is,  what the constitution says and what laws have been voted and signed into place. 

In fact,  people,  laws and our constitution are nothing but cards in a twisted socialist deck designed to redistribute wealth,  swipe freedoms, and gain controls. 

Name calling and constant attack against conservatives

Clear back to the leaked MIAC report in April 2009,  we saw that Americans were considered the new dangers.  We were ‘potential domestic terrorists’ especially if we were pro life,  pro second amendment,  pro state and federal sovereignty,  concerned about communist regimes and returning vets. 

As we saw Americans increasingly called terrorists,  that term was swiped from the war we were fighting on two fronts.  The ‘War on Terror’  was changed to the absurd,  ‘Overseas contingency operation.’  Name calling against conservatives traveled from domestic terrorists,  to domestic extremists to hostage takers.  The usual boring names, such as calling us racists,  anarchists and birthers were peppered everywhere.  We saw the next big name calling attack after Rep.  Giffords and a host of others were shot in Arizona.  Talk radio and conservatives were now creating an environment that spawned crazed serial killers.  This I found most fascinating since the killer never paid attention to the news,  talk radio and wasn’t a Republican.

Not only have we seen the name calling against Republicans, talk radio and conservatives grow with this administration, but Obama has apologized non stop for America in general and her achievements on several international visits.

Expect more insults,  manipulation and throwing of dog bones to his far left while manipulating and lying wherever he can to grab more of the Independent vote.  The lead up to 2012 will get vicious, and will be the battle of all battles,  taking on global elites,  big money and Obama.  The people will win, but we will have to fight for it like never before! 

It is time to put someone other than a politician and global elitist in the White House.  http://www.thepeoplespresident.me
