Did you know that if you sell your house after 2012 you will pay a 3.8% sales tax on it? That's $3,800 on a $100,000 home, etc. When did this happen? It's in the health care bill. Just thought you should know.

Under the new health care bill all real estate transactions will be subject to a 3.8% Sales Tax. The bulk of these new taxes don't kick in until 2013 If you sell your $400,000 home, there will be a $15,200 tax. This bill is set to screw the retiring generation who often downsize their homes. Does this stuff make your November and 2012 vote more important?

I knew about this for some time. I know I'm an idiot but pray tell what does selling your home have to do with the health care bill? I love when they do not read bills and state they need a couple of lawyers and a few days to read them over. Yea, then they say what does the constitution have to do with it? Its simple they could care less and have and agenda its been planned and they will do what they want. They do not want anyone to have owner ship of a house anymore. This should all be thrown in the septic tank. ..oh yea now they have a law about septic tanks which is a huge tax. It goes on and on.

THIS is only ONE of the hidden secrets in the obamacare bill. Nancy Pelosi warned us we'd have to pass the bill before we knew what was in it! And they DID pass it without ANY Republican votes . . . . or discussion.

 So, why then haven't the Republicans gone after this part of Obamacare from day one? Because they can leave it in, tell us it helps reduce the deficit and not have to take any blame for it! AMAZING how politics works!

 What's the real danger of this law though? It's right in plain siight if you look carefully. If We the People allow congress to begin taxing the sale of our homes, what's next . . . . or better yet what's LEFT, that won't be taxed? ****Right! ****ABSOLUTELY NOTHIN!

If we don't we are in for some very serious problems on our own soil.  That saddest part is, this is truly a serious matter and we still have a large conglomerate of idiots who seem to have no sense of right and wrong, how to treat people, what the Constitution means or even that is important (vitally important) to THEIR freedoms, not just yours, mine and our children, but THEIRS!!!  Truly, how stupid can people be? It worries me tremendously.
