" My fellow Americans,

the recent election has proven

that the Good Guys overwhelmingly

outnumber the Bad Guys.

I speak on behalf of the

HUGE MAJORITY

of Americans

who are intensely worried

about our National Security.

I hereby re-affirm

the Founding Fathers'

remedy for a solid

National Defense,

the SECOND AMENDMENT.

Just as another great

Republican President,

who provided the basic rational

for emancipating slaves

in his Emancipation Proclamation,

I Therefore proclaim that

those among you

who are not armed

with at least one

high capacity firearm

for self-protection

are hereby commanded

to acquire same,

and to maintain such firearm

in a state of readiness

at all times

for protection from

Terrorists, Criminals, Wild Animals,

Enemies foreign and domestic,

and

OPPRESSIVE, TYRANNICAL GOVERNMENT.
